  • Paper World Stationery Expo is a one-day event for planner lovers, stationery fans and small shop owners. You’ll be able to shop planners, stickers, pens, paper goods and more from a curated selection of brands and makers, all in one place.

  • Paper World Stationery Expo will take place on April 4, 2026 at the Hilton Anaheim in Anaheim, California. Address: 777 W Convention Way Anaheim, California 92802 USA

  • The event will start at 10 am until 6 pm.

  • No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
    Because of venue commitments and planning costs, we’re unable to offer refunds. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us before the event date.

  • What is included with a VIP ticket?

    VIP tickets are perfect if you want the full Paper World Stationery Expo experience. VIP guests receive:

    • Early entry: Access to the expo 2 hours before general admission to shop with fewer crowds.

    • Exclusive swag bag: A curated swag bag filled with stationery goodies (while supplies last).

    • Passport Rally access: Participate in our Passport Rally, where you collect stamps from participating vendors as you shop. Once you collect all the stamps, you’ll receive a free prize at the designated prize booth.

  • Yes. Parking is available at the Hilton Anaheim. Standard hotel parking rates apply and are set by the hotel, not by the event. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and check-in.

  • Yes, we will have VIP tickers and Early Bird General Admission with a special price if bought in 2025. Details about ticket types, pricing, and perks will be listed on the ticket page once they are available.

  • Children are welcome. Children ages 12 and older will need their own admission ticket. Free admission for up to 2 children per admission ticket.

  • Not at the Expo. Food and beverages will be available for purchase through the hotel and/or nearby restaurants. Outside food and drinks may be restricted by the venue.

  • Most vendors will accept major credit/debit cards, and some may also accept cash or mobile payments. We recommend bringing a mix of payment options in case a specific vendor has limitations.

    Spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed based on product fit and availability.

  • The Hilton Anaheim is a modern hotel with accessible entrances and restrooms. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
